  7. An update/bugfix to sendnews and postnews from the postnewsspool
  8. package by James Burton which I recommend that you also 
  9. get.

  11. It is used to spool news articles while offline and then send
  12. them off when you connect.
  13.  
  14. New to version 3.1

  16.     - does not need seq file anymore
  17.     - now uses ADOS functions - size reduced to ~11k
  18.     - ANY file put into spooldir will now be sent
  19.     - any nntp posting program can now be used
  20.     - failed archive entries now have separator lines
  21.           containing date and time of failure.
